Training is based around the needs of the community and we have some amazing sessions planned for 2025 as well as access to the backdated sessions on your portal. You can download the Kajabi app using just your email to log in to have access on the go!

Practical training for teachers includes:

- choosing a syllabus that is right for you
- how to effectively choreograph
- producing a show
- choosing music and music info
- safe stretching and injury prevention - to name just a few!
- teaching methods that retain more students and make your studio more money!Â
Mental wellbeing of the teacher training includes:
- reflective practice
- responding versus reacting
- protecting your energy
- your limiting beliefs
- generational conditioning
- self care
- planning and class flow
- money mindset and goal setting
Studio owners will also have access to resources to help them plan easily. Guidance on Risk Assessment, GDPR, Insurance, writing terms and conditions and class structures will be available as PDFs as well as some expert sessions.Â

With over 20 years of teaching experience and 16 years as the owner of a thriving dance studio, Lauren Robinson is a seasoned professional dedicated to raising the standards of dance education. Throughout her career, she has worked with BATD, ISTD, RAD, and IDTA syllabi, continually expanding her expertise through training in safeguarding, first aid, and innovative teaching techniques.
Lauren’s background in community education fuels her passion for delivering inclusive dance programs that enrich the lives of both students and teachers. A certified business strategist, ADHD practitioner, and NLP practitioner, she has also completed extensive CPD in autism, disability in sport, and play-based learning. This wealth of knowledge forms the foundation of her ground-breaking membership program designed to empower dance teachers with the tools, training, and resources to meet their students’ diverse needs while boosting retention and success in their studios.
As the founder of two multi six-figure businesses—a successful dance studio and Soar Cheer and Dance, an internationally recognized competition circuit—Lauren is no stranger to creating opportunities for growth and achievement. Soar Cheer and Dance even sends teams to the prestigious All-Star Worlds in Florida. In an exciting addition to this I now offer a membership for dance teachers resources and CPD Group accredited certifications in Dance Education.
Lauren is passionate about fostering inclusion, supporting the wellbeing of dance teachers, and helping educators understand the profound impact they have on young people’s lives. Her mission is to inspire and equip dance teachers to deliver exceptional, inclusive dance education while achieving their own professional and personal success.
