We require contact name, number and postal address. A card that monthly payment can be taken from and your date of birth. You must be over 18yrs of age at sign up.

36 Training sessions will be delivered, an average of 3 per month over the year. you will have lifetime access to these. The log in can be shared with your team to use in all your classes but can not be used across other businesses.

One calendar month notice is required for cancellation and an initial payment of £45 will be taken at checkout, payment will be taken monthly thereafter.

Content from sessions should not be shared across social media platforms and discussions within de-brief sessions should remain confidential.

The Dance Education Collective (TDEC) have the right to revoke membership and community participation with immediate effect if community standards are broken or payment terms are not met.

Your whole team can have access to the training with just one log in!

Each month we will deliver one guest training, one wellbeing training and a practical teacher training. Studios will receive a subscription box Monthly from month 2 onwards aswell as access to our new youtube channel with lots of helpful tips to develop teaching skills.  Training is based around the needs of the community and we have some amazing sessions planned for 2025 as well as access to the backdated sessions on your portal. You can download the Kajabi app using just your email to log in to have access on the go!

Why join?

Being part of the community and accessing teacher led training appropriate for teaching in 2025 will create better retention, build staff morale, build student numbers and increase income and create a safe and nurturing environment for dancers and teachers alike.

Inclusion and Diversity training will cover LGBTQ++, Neurodivergence, Cultural diversity, safeguarding, the importance of first aid and mental wellbeing in young people.

Practical training for teachers includes how to onboard new students, tips for making syllabus more fun, drills and skills beginner and advanced in various styles, using props and themes in class, choosing a syllabus that is right for you, how to effectively choreograph, producing a show, choosing music and music info, safe stretching and injury prevention to name just a few!

Mental wellbeing of the teacher training includes, reflective practice, responding versus reacting, protecting your energy, your limiting beliefs, generational conditioning, self care, planning and class flow, money mindset and goal setting.

Studio owners will also have access to resources to help them plan easily. Guidance on Risk Assesment, GDPR, Insurance, writing terms and conditions and class structures will be available as PDFs aswell as some expert sessions.

We also have certified CPD courses you can continue your teacher training with.
